My promises to customers...
I promise that each animal I sell is healthy and in the exact condition that it is described on my website. This promise includes animals that are shipped via overnight shipments.
I promise that animals shipped via overnight carrier service will arrive at your door alive and healthy or you will get your money back or a replacement animal at no extra charge. Carrier delays and mishaps are my problem and not yours. If FEDEX crushes the box and all you get is a deli-cup full of gecko jelly, that's my problem...not yours. If FEDEX loses the package or it arrives late and the animal is injured or dead...that's my problem and not yours. As long as someone is at home to sign for the animal when it arrives then this promise applies. Animals left at the front door or carried back to the delivery terminal for pickup (because you weren't home) will not fall under this guarantee.
I promise to provide advice even after our business transaction is complete. Once I receive your payment and you receive your pet, feel free to contact me with any questions related to husbandry, breeding, feeding...whatever. You're not just a customer until the transaction is complete. You're a customer for life.
ILastly, I promise that you will be a satisfied customer. If there is any problem at all with an order, let me know and we will work something out.
All animals will ship overnight via Fed-Ex. I will not ship any other way. I charge a flat rate of $50.00 for overnight shipping services. Once you purchase a gecko, we will determine a ship date that is most convenient for you. Also, be sure and read my write-up on shipping so you can become familiar with the process.
